Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Our shirts are screen printed in small batches and are not restocked once sold, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. We encourage you to review our size chart and product details carefully before ordering.

Damages, Defects & Errors

We stand behind our work. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong design, size, or item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at friendsofnatureclothingco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once verified, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — your choice, subject to availability.

Claims submitted after 7 days, or without photo documentation, may not be eligible for resolution.

Order Errors

If you entered an incorrect shipping address or ordered the wrong size/design, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes or offer a refund for these errors.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made-to-order or from limited print runs, all merchandise is final sale except as described above under Damages, Defects & Errors.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds (Where Applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at friendsofnatureclothingco@gmail.com.
